We have developed a series of fixed prices packages to help our clients who want top caliber resources to help them better meet their business objectives. The packages we offer:

Contractor’s Virtual Controller™ - The Virtual Controller adds accounting discipline and expertise to a construction company’s management team. The goal of this program is to provide a cost effective set of controls and activities to insure that the fundamentals of accounting control are exercised within the contracting organization. This program can be executed either remotely or on-site.

Contractor’s Virtual CFO™ - A defined set of CFO oversight activities will be performed on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. The goal of this program is to provide Senior Management oversight and guidance through the activities performed. This program is designed to be executed remotely but could begin as an on-site engagement.

Contractor’s Cash Optimizer™ - A set of worksheets and procedures for companies who do not currently manage their cash effectively. You can use our tools and mentoring (fixed hours) to implement a program to get control over this vital area. The goal of this program is to enable a contractor to manage cash more effectively on their own.

Contractor’s Fiscal Physical™ - A comprehensive review of the financial policies, procedures, and work instructions a company has (does not have) in place. We will have offer recommended set of procedures that a company can implement, with or without our help. The goal of this program is to get strong financial controls in place for a contractor as easily and cost effectively as possible.

Contractor’s Operations Optimizer™ - A comprehensive evaluation of a company- how they get work, control work, and get paid. This could also include the “Fiscal Physical” and would result in a report to management about the strengths and weaknesses within the company. The goal of this program is to identify a company’s strengths and weaknesses. A possible follow on to this program would be to help build The Contractor’s Roadmap™.

Contractor’s Information Optimizer™ - The Information System review is designed to evaluate the effectiveness of a contractor’s management reporting system. The program will assess the gathering of information within the company and how it is returned to the user to identify the strengths and weakness of this vital area of a company’s operations.

The Contractor’s Roadmap™ - A set of strategic planning tools that will allow the contractor to develop the key criteria to develop a strategic plan. Based on the results of the analysis, our consultants would coach the client trough the strategic planning process. The goal of this program is to involve the client in strategic planning and goal setting to achieve maximum organizational productivity.
