Implementation

We approach the implementation process much the way you would approach a large construction project. We utilize planning tools that allow us to develop a project plan- what needs to be done, who needs to do it, when it needs to be done, and how much it will cost. We understand the importance of properly resourcing a project and will make sure that everyone on the team understands the scope and expectations of their individual project contribution.

We begin with a pre-implementation meeting to begin to prepare a project plan. Out of this meeting, everyone on the team should have a good idea of the scope and preliminary schedule for the project. We take the information from this meeting and generate the project plan. We then work with you throughout the implementation process to ensure that everyone understands the status of the project and current tasks to be completed. Our goal is to make sure that your project comes in on time and under budget!!
