Leveraged Resources is pleased to announce a special program designed to help you with questions you may have with the system. Customers can simply submit their question, which will register you for our monthly conference call/online meeting during which we will be discussing the answers to all the questions that have been submitted.

May 1, 2007- Microsoft Vista and Windows 2000
Windows VistaGiven the recent release of Microsoft Vista, the next major releases of Sage Timberline Office (version 9.5) and Sage Master Builder (version 13) will both be supported when used with this operating system, but these will be the last releases for which Windows 2000 will be supported. This means that major releases beginning in 2008 will not be tested or supported for Windows 2000 use.

October 1, 2006- Customer Support Amnesty Program.
For Customers currently not on support and maintenance, Sage is offering an Amnesty Program. It is waiving past retroactive fees associated with getting back on a support plan. This means customers can return to support by paying for just 1 current year of support. There are many reasons to go back on Support:

  • Stay current on your software investment by getting the newest release
  • 12.1 Release 12.1 has the latest in reporting—The Executive Dashboard and Drill Down
  • Help with technical problems and audit errors
  • Tax Updates

Call 1-800-330-7162 and talk to Maurice Cephus to get back on support today! The Amnesty Program is in effect from October 1st—31st only. After that, reinstatement fees will apply to get back on support. Don’t miss your opportunity.

December 1, 2005- Customer survey sent to all existing customers.
In an effort to better understand the needs of the existing customer base, Leveraged Resources has undertaken a mass survey of their customer base. Principle survey tool will be an on-line survey, which can be accessed at www.leveragedresources.com/survey but will also involve direct mail and telephone interviews.

November 1, 2005- Intuit Master Builder transfers 637 clients.
Intuit Corporation officially transferred responsibility for 637 existing clients in Indiana, Michigan and Ohio to Leveraged Resources, LLC. As Solution Provider for this area, Leveraged Resources assumes total responsibility for the existing customer base and on-going customer satisfaction.
